Moto G4/G4 Plus XT16xx Nougat 7.1.1 Official Custom Rom LineageOS 14.1

Installation

First time LineageOS 14.1 installation on your Moto G4 /G4 Plus:

• Read the official Wiki page ( there isn't one yet)
• Unlock your bootloader if you haven't done so already
• Flash a custom recovery via Fastboot
• Push GApps (arm) and the LineageOS 14.1 zip to your device
• Boot into Recovery
• Perform factory reset
• Flash the LineageOS 14.1 zip from SD card
• Flash GApps from SD card
• Reboot

Upgrading from earlier version of LineageOS :

• Push the new LineageOS 14.1 zip to your SD card
• Boot into Recovery
• Flash the LineageOS 14.1 zip from SD card
• Flash the most recent GApps for 7.1 if you are upgrading from earlier android version
• Reboot
